Who we are

SaSa Sailing organises small-group sailing holidays. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@sasasailing.com.

What we collect, and why

• Reservation and “Notify me” forms. When you fill in one of our forms we receive the details you enter (for example your name, email and preferred trip). We use them only to handle your booking or to tell you when a trip plan is ready. The forms are run by Google Forms, so Google’s privacy policy also applies to what you submit there.
• Emails. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can answer you and organise your trip.
• Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Packing list. The packing checklist on trip pages remembers your ticks in your own browser only. That information never reaches us.

What we don’t do

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, we don’t show ads, and we never sell or rent your personal data.

Who else handles data

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Booking forms are handled by Google. We share booking details with a charter company only where needed to arrange your trip (for example the crew list for the boat).

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for as long as we need it to run your trip and meet legal and accounting obligations, and delete it after that.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email info@sasasailing.com.
